The principal areas of legal work are in the preparation of prospectuses, underwriting and vending agreements, debentures and issuing general advice on the offer structure. It has been our responsibility to ensure compliance with the Securities and Exchange Commission Act and Regulations, and the listing requirements of the Nigerian Stock Exchange.
